Is this a standard firefighting technique? Has it ever happened before?



The calcium would eliminate any HF generated in the fire. I don't believe there are any "standards" in this young area of endeavor.


Fighting chemical fires has a very long history.

This sounds like armchair firefighting and not a good argument for locating this facility in Morro Bay.
