Clever. I wonder how the mechanical realization looks like, as I can't really wrap my head around it.

Nice.

This is just the kind of project that appeals to me on all axes (pun unintended!). A nice mixture of simple ML, actuators and control, electronics, math and biology, at a level that seems within reach for me. I mean, an MRI machine has all this and more, but without the "within reach" part!
