I have fantasies of a "Star Trek tricorder" where you can use an app on your phone to get essential health information without a blood draw. I know you can already use an app for checking things like pulse. I would like to see more such.

It's fine if it's a paid service. I'm not asking for charity here. I'm very much pro business or I wouldn't have spent so much time on HN over the years.
