I assume your country's DNS servers are running on Windows Server, and the main webservers are running Microsoft IIS? Sad thing is, with Windows Licensing v.7, you barely get what you paid for, and only if you use Free Software as leverage to get a low enough price.

Most companies use MSDN subscriptions.

Home users don't give a damm about source code and just pirate what they cannot buy.

They see little value in using less functional software (on their eyes) vs what the commercial products offer.
