I am doubtful there is enough air on Mars to sustain any Earth vegetation. The mean surface pressure on Mars is 0.6% that of Earth. Mars has virtually no atmosphere.

That would be a bummer for those personally involved wouldn't it? From astronaut to subsistence farmer.

At least somebody would make lots of money from the reality TV show that ensued.

There's not much you can spend it on there. I'm guessing Amazon shipping fees would be pretty high too.
