== Single Page Web App Builder ==
1. Experience with big single page web apps
2. backbone.js/marionette.js
3. Javascript expert
4. Python/Django (or clear ability to learn)
5. MySQL
6. DevOps/AWS
== Designer/FE Web Engineer ==
1. UX/VX
2. Prototyping
3. HTML/CSS (esp SASS)
4. Javascript (at least ability to read / use jquery plugins... more the merrier)
