From what I understand, it's much more effective to influence Congress by actually meeting with them directly. I sent in a request to meet with San Mateo district's representative, Jackie Speier.

If you're both (a) fairly well-spoken on the NSA issue, and (b) interested in a notification when I hear back from the office, let me know.
