I would likely feel betrayed in a situation like this, but _sometimes_ there may be a sentence or two, capable of being more succinctly expressed via ai. This has happened to me personally. I have written something, came to a 'tip of the tongue' moment, then had ai help me to express it.

When used right, ideas could be distilled not extrapolated into slop. -- So maybe its not ALL BAD?
