I have seen articles recently that states China now leads the word in mRNA research, which is the future of vaccine research. Soon I expect the US to only allow praying over people for medical treatment, we are not far from that with the recent ACA changes.

A big cross-section between civilian and military technology leads to strong military strength... E.g. manufacturing, drone parts, many commodity resources etc
