Watch the humint resources in South America and other places shrink. That means the government will be operating in an even less intelligence-informed environment than before. That won't worry this government, but it should.
Not just any Informants -- MS-13 that this admin was supposedly interested in taking down

US develops task force late in Trump 1.0. Bringing "...the nine men into U.S. custody was among the most significant gang prosecutions undertaken by the Justice Department in years." High level members of the gang who are currently working with the US to expose MS-13 operations in the US and also how El Salvador is using US resources (our tax dollars) to pay off MS-13 in exchange for them to do their killing and other business privately.
Rubio/Trump made a deal to blow up the investigations by giving important assets back to be disposed of (or released back to MS-13) -- all to feed that temporary dog and pony show, earlier in the year, to their base supporters. This says it best:
