I’ve been wondering about the effectiveness of something similar as an anti-ALPR measure. Most ALPRs seem to have infrared, but I wonder if this the presence of this would affect the non-IR cameras in regular light? I’m not quite certain how IR vs non-IR cameras are implemented in such systems, or if there even is a separation (are there two separate cameras, or is it just one).
