He cannot be the only person named Mark Zuckerberg who is having this issue! I would think it's probably actually a very common name.

It's not very common at all. The 2010 US Census reported 218 people with the surname of Zuckerberg. I assume no more than a handful of them also have the first name Mark.
Daydream: Since the att'y Zuck has been in business for longer than the FB Zuck, the latter is legally barred from doing any business under his birth name.
