Funny, I was going to say the reason to not use C++ was to make sure no one starts bloating up your code size by using boost.


It might bloat up a code base, and the resulting binary (if you are using it just for the sake of it), and increase the build-time (if you aren't careful/don't know what you are doing), but it definitely doesn't bloat up the size of the code you are writing...
