Law abiding people always have something to fear when due process is being thrown out the window. If the government can just assert criminality without having to prove it then they can mete out punishment to any law abiding people.

The thing is since we're just throwing people to El Salvadorian prison with no trials, we can't actually believe anything this admin is saying.
Of course Trumpies will tell you it's completely justified. That's, of course, impossible to know. If we wanted to know if it's justified we might, oh I don't know, hold a trial? Eh?
But we're not doing that, presumably because the powers to be understand they probably aren't always justified, so a trial would put their entire operation at risk.
So now we're to offer trials to violent Venezuelan gang members connected with the Venezuelan government (per official investigation reports), who invaded the country? They should have been forced to labor to pay for their own flight to the Salvadorian prisons.
Btw, I'm a Venezuelan immigrant. I have zero sympathy for those people.

We didn't do any due process to figure this out, so you can't trust this rhetoric.
Investigators who want to deport people can make up whatever the fuck story they want. That's not evidence of anything. If you want evidence, you need a trial.
But they didn't do that, so let's all put on our thinking caps. Why wouldn't they do that? You would think if they're confident in their investigation, they would.
