Sounds like keycloak can sort of allow some sort of decentralized option or have many and I mean many including the matrix sign in as a option.
Keycloak also has strong integration in a lot of languages, there are other projects like authelia etc. but for some reason keycloak actually seems to me of having a little bad ui but still absolutely great in what it does
But authelia/ authentik are easier to host/integrate IDK

Well, All I am asking for is a literal alternative to google sign in, maybe even github would work (though microsoft monopoly but IDK)
Dude, I don't have my own hardware otherwise I would've run it myself. Currently using lightning AI which also requires google sign up but it was created by the creators of pytorch and it gives me 30 hours free gpu per month to try something and gives me full flexibility which your product just simply doesn't provide.
