The limit is any number of spare batteries of up to 100Wh, or no more than two batteries of over 100Wh but less than 160Wh. 25000mAh worth of lithium cells works out to about 90Wh.

The limit (in the US?) is 100 Wh. If this is the right battery, the specs page says it's 90 Wh.
