I've used platforms like these for copywriting in the past. I think they all have the same problems at some point:
1. The very best don't use them because it's not worth their time.
2. Even good feedback becomes useless if 5 people would take it in 5 directions and structure their feedback that way. You either take all of the advice and create a Frankenstein or you become confused and take none.
I disagree - the best designers absolutely put their designs in front of people, and get feedback. If they get 5 different answers, they can make their own decisions, but more often they will see common trends in those 5 answers, which enables action.
Whether this tool is good for review is hard to say. It is just a landing page collecting reviewers, with zero information on what the critiques will look like or who will be doing them. But that doesn't invalidate the concept of a platform to get reviews.
