Pagliarulo said he was at first unaware that the armed man was law enforcement and even considered confronting him with his own guns, which he said could have resulted in a "shootout."

You can annexure all your evidence and make a case that someone is running a bot army to do some manner of bad things. They have the logs and access to raw events, IP's etc.
Unless you are the same person as gnabgib, you can't even know that my comment is wrong. Best-case scenario, you are guessing corollary to your (purported) actions.
