This is dumb. Of course they don't care about the tech stack directly but they obviously care about the things that it affects - performance, reliability, features etc.

To top it off, it also includes a classic "none of them are perfect so they are all the same and it doesn't matter which you choose". I recently learnt the name for this: the fallacy of grey.
