The companies hiring H-1x should publish all job hiring process (interviews, exams questions) at least at closing to all candidates. Thus it is subject to "objective" review.


Particularly for public-list companies (no security clearance needed etc), they should 'open-source' or 'wiki' their hiring process to 0-opacity.


I mean it won't be difficult to use gen ai to analyze where a candidate is compared to the peers. So it is a 'objective' offer or rejection.
