Ask HN: How do you manage your health data?

Are you content with Apple or Google integrations, or are there other options you prefer? How about info from blood tests and other sources? And how do you synthesize and review the data for actionable insights?

I'm dissatisfied with the options I've tried, while my sources of health data keep growing. I'm thinking of getting a glucose monitor but I'd want to bring all my health data together in a rational way... just like we can do with our finances thanks to numerous options for integration and analysis.

I’m content with Apple Health. Blood/other test results go into it. Most test providers support it natively.

I don’t really review it much anymore but it was instrumental for my doctor during some health issues. All my data was in one app and doctors are familiar with the app and can get around it quickly.

So it was most helpful as a conduit for your doctor to get more granular info about your health issue? That's great to hear. I wonder about things that don't rise to that level, like nutrition and resting heart rate that can be important for longterm health. A doctor will likely give general advice for those things if no critical issues are present. But if I've got all this data, why not make use of it before an issue arises?
