Thousands of highly skilled engineers continue working at his companies, and they aren’t "jumping ship." It’s not incompetent engineers that are behind innovations like FSD 12, Cybertruck, Falcon 9, Starship, Raptor 3, and so on. These are complex, cutting-edge technologies—stupid engineers don't create them.
