You don't know how to type the different diacritical marks? Or the textbox isn't accepting them? (Which seems like it would be a browser issue, not an issue with the site.)

I think that the commentor meant accents as in regional dialects.

What would that have to do with anything? Isn't that a problem for the person doing the transcribing?
