I've worked in plenty of places that had an outage and required people to work together to get things operational. After 12 hours decisions are slow, usually deferred and the contributions nose dive and they get sent home.
Even CxO's who poke their heads in to interfere fuck off for most of the middle of the day, and are gone by 6. This guy is pretending to annoy 3 different shifts.
