Webkit progress seems stagnant, which means Safari, thus all iOS browsers don't have support. What needs to happen to get it done?

Apple has no interest in improving the Web platform. Google had but now with Android being their biggest moat they are also not that interested in improving the web platform anymore.

Looks like Apple is in favor of the WebTransport spec, so it's just a matter of time:
