It’s quite counter-intuitive. The organization stuff isn’t for you - instead each person creates their own tailnet and you connect them. See: https://github.com/tailscale/tailscale/issues/10731

If this was the source of issues, it's still a product failure. I hope they will address it.

If I can't figure it out, 99% of others won't either.
