Judging from the title, description and photos, these could be just pairs of an original CD bundled with another CD that contains compatibility software, e.g. Wine or DOSBox, and an installer, so the original CD can be installed and played on newer OSes.

Nothing inherently wrong with that. Also, the photos of the CDs themselves look genuine to me.

A simple string match on "+1Clk Windows 11 10 8 7 Vista XP Install" finds 1500+ items that are 100% bogus.
