One thing for people to try is an obd2 adapter ($20) and an app ($5) to see horsepower if it does not display on your car infotainment.
It is surprising how little you use of the claimed horsepower unless going uphill on a highway. I tracked the data for several drives and the numbers are low. 150-200 max for spirited driving. Getting to the fuel cutoff on my vehicle is difficult. I have tested it.
I’m not using sport+ brake torque launch control mode on at every stop sign, light I reach, or on many wide open highways though. My vehicle has none of those, it’s always in sports car mode.
