Thinking about hiring a virtual assistant to do cold calling to sell my services. Goal is to schedule meetings with me when there is an interest. Thinking about using Capsule CRM but I also need a VoIP solution they can use. Not sure what the best setup is that integrates well and is easy to use and lets me monitor they are actually making calls. Recommendations?
