Time is your most valuable and scarce resource. You have a finite amount and you can't get more.

Something being the highest value resource I have doesn’t mean that it’s actually valuable. There’s a highest value turd of all the turds in my septic tank but it doesn’t mean that turd is valuable.

If turds are the highest value resources that you have, and you have some scale on which you can value them, then yes, it does mean that particular one is valuable. 'Value' is largely subjective. Maybe you want to make some fertiliser?

Hopefully it's obvious that the contents of your septic tank are not your highest value resource. However if you do feel that way, perhaps you could benefit from speaking to someone about it who can help you to improve your life and your outlook? Things are difficult in the world right now and it's easy to feel down about life.

Lol then why were you trying to correct my largely subjective view of whether my time is valuable.

My life is fine. I’m realistic about it and don’t need to pretend.

Righto - I will intrude no further then.

If that's true, then no one should be watching TV anyways.

Ah the No True Scotsman argument
