But my point is that some of these are expert users, and still a simple action takes them minutes. Just because it's an old-school terminal interface doesn't automatically make it golden.
No, that's not my point. My point is that just because it's a terminal text gui, doesn't automatically make it a good expert system. It just has the look of one.
