I see the bard version from the latest update as `2023.12.06` in https://bard.google.com/updates with the title "Bard is getting its biggest upgrade yet with Gemini Pro". I am guessing this update is not available in Europe.

Yep, I don't see a 2023.12.06 update on my (German) version of that page.
