I didn’t read the full deck but my experience has been that while there may be a perfect extension for my use case, even in a large enterprise there is very little appetite for the administrative and ops overhead of running your own Postgres cluster vs what is supported by the cloud provider.

That's why teams behind those extensions sometimes build a cloud for you.

Those are also viewed as high risk
