It works on top of the open-source metering and billing engine Lago [1]that you can easily self-host.

You can connect this usage metering and billing system to any payment processor, be it Stripe Payments, Adyen or GoCardLess for instance [2].

Usage events can be sent directly to Lago, or you can sent them using our integration with Segment or Hightouch.
