Apple is so bad about categorize settings for unknown reason. They pack many things under Accessibility.

Those things make the device more accessible. You don't have to be profoundly disabled to find accessibility features useful.

True but it's also vice versa. Some settings located outside of Accessibility are helpful for disabled people. Perhaps they should utilize shortcut links
