What Canada needs is a commission to decide on how much they should spend on the committee that monitors if people who voluntarily sign up to an unenforced code of conduct adhere to its tenants.

Of course only after consulting and then ignoring experts in the field, but taking the advice of celebrities.

For the children or at least to fight the terrorists.
