HSBC has voice recognition on their call center and they announce it by saying "Your voice is your passport" or maybe "password". I forget now.


Verizon still has you say "at verizon, my voice is my password" for their voice authentication over the phone.

Not a fan, I disabled it right away.


Considering AI can now recreate a voice with 3 seconds of audio, that really didn't age well.
