First we have a lot of respect for what Hubspot built. On the short term, we feel that the UX could be improved. On the long run we want to make Twenty easier to customize. (In the previous companies we founded we each had to build our own in house CRM).
We are fairly-lightweight users, and although only 2-4 people really use it (again infrequently) would like everyone in the org to have access to the sales pipeline and information.
