I am a 34 year old software contractor. I’m concerned about my aging face in this sector over the next 20 years. Long story short, I’ve overheard third party talk that’s at of agism. An alternative if what I asked is not invented yet is the start a company and not mention the my old face is doing the engineering work. I’m up to date on current tech in my domain and will continue to do so.
