I can't agree that improvement in communications can, by itself, bring people into alignment.
People can only work together towards the same goals once they share the same values.
Some people sit on a beach with a friend. They gather simple food and make a fire, and that's all they want. "This is enough for me!" they say.
Some people feel that they need "things". Cars, drugs, hot life in the laser-bright light and more and more sensation. "I'll never have enough!" they say.
Some people love one another and love the Creator; some believe in the reality of life after death.
Until all people believe in the same good, how can they be on the same team?
