With all the complex things which can cause lack of interest, or perhaps cause men to under-report their interest...I don't think this research actually tells us anything new. Sure, "have you long interest..." is a good public health screening question. But if the patient says "yes, I've lost..." - there are probably multiple reasons, and 2/3 those are not MD stuff, but MSW. (Or public policy, or ...)
