She sends links to audiobooks, yt-dlp extracts audio and saves it in an incoming folder and shes able to listen/download it via jellyfin. Works really well.

The bot part is done in node red (and is a relatively simple flow) it just calls a script that ensures no parallel downloads via a little daemon/fifo.
