What is the legality here? Say something wrong and you’re out a job and a home?


It's the American way. Obey all the insane orders of the boss, pull long nights, work weekends, respond to Slack messages at 2AM.

Or, you lose your job, your house, AND your health insurance.

Any questions as to why Americans are so "productive"? We are not productive, we are terrified of destitution.
