full title == China’s COVID-19 surge raises odds of new coronavirus mutant

decide to keep name of nation out of publicly viewable title of submission. should the title be edited? or is this idea good for these particular circumstance?

I'm not sure if keeping China out of the name is prudent or not, but keeping with the intention perhaps "Regional covid-19 surge raises odds…" is a decent neutral ground
