Could this cause people to face legal problems if they share tracking info on federal or military flights such as those who spy on people? Could it stretch out to satellites, just how expansive would the ruling be if Elon won, and how hard and expensive would it be to narrow it back if possible?

I don't see that happening, especially not because $25 + a laptop will get you an ADS-B receiver. This data is meant to be public.
