You don’t give out equity for a logo design or a feature implementation. You give equity in exchange for capital funding or founding / early members committed to the vision of the company.

What you’re basically describing is creating the worlds shittiest cap table.

No investor would touch this. At the end of the day you need capital and revenue and capital has to come from somewhere if you want growth.
