There is precedence to charge a person, criminally, with a breach of trust, for working two jobs at the same time. Not back to back, at the same time.
And people are advocating that in these threads. Making ridiculous excuses. Trying to reason it as ok.
I hope anyone doing this is charged, convicted, hopefully making them unemployable.
Anyone knowingly helping a co-worker to commit such crimes, covering for them, lying on their behalf, hopefully would be charged as an accessory.
If anything is unacceptable in this thread, it is attitudes such as yours.
