1. This sounds eerily similar to the Toyota sudden acceleration lawsuit and that ended in. 1.2 billion dollar settlement, even though as I understand it the general consensus is it wasn’t the car

2. Going into minute detail of how this couldn’t possible be the cars fault before the crash analysis has been done is not comforting. He seems to describe a very complex system, which could have unexplained emergent properties. He’s probably right? But why not yet let the analysis speak for itself?


I've had enough software and hardware gremlins in my life that I can say even if the probability of something is really, really low never say "impossible".
