The Big Acquisition: What Nubank's Cognitect Acquisition Means for Clojure (juxt.pro)

The acquisition was two years ago so I was a bit puzzled as to why this blog post just appeared -- and doesn't talk about what it _has already meant_ for Clojure, over the two years since it happened?

Disclosure: I recently joined Cognitect, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of NuBank.

Any planned changes for Clojure? Our entire company is Clojure(Script).

>One might be concerned that this could threaten Clojure’s status as an open source licensed language, but that’s not really something to be worried about. Nubank know very well about the importance of Clojure being open source. The main benefit of the acquisition, conversely, is to fund Clojure and Datomic’s development
