Posted this here because I just can't believe this issue is 3 years old, and there's still no way to adjust scroll speed when using Gnome/Wayland. I looked around and wasn't even able to come up with a suitable workaround for this. I love Gnome, and feel like it does so many things right - it just seems strange that something so simple as adjusting scrolling speed could be overlooked/neglected for so long.
